Attention · hyperfocus · everyday life
I can dive in.
I'm learning to surface.
I'm Adam. I'm trying to organise my day in a way I can keep track of. This is where I share what helps me and what I'm still figuring out.
If a video about ADHD brought you here, you're in the right place.

When something grabs me,
it's hard to step away.
I know hyperfocus, and I know the difficulty of organising a day. When I'm absorbed in one thing, switching my attention to the next isn't automatic. I'm learning how to work with that.
So I started putting together my own setup, which I call Focus Gate / Fluid. It helps me personally with organisation and discipline. I'm still using and testing it only on myself.
I want to talk about this in videos too. In the newsletter I'll share notes from using it, changes I'm trying and things I haven't decided are useful yet.

Testing first.
Deciding after.
I'm wondering whether I could eventually help other people put together a similar setup. Spend time with them, understand how they work and, where possible, help set it up on their phone or computer.
Where things stand
The app isn't ready to sell. I haven't set it up for anyone else. I'd need to check what's possible on a particular device first.
Before I take this further, I want to find out whether anyone would want that help. I'm considering €100 to €200 for a personal setup and consultation. This is a question to explore interest, rather than a finished offer.
Nothing here is a purchase or a reservation. My experience doesn't promise the same result for you. This isn't a health service or treatment advice.

If this sounds familiar,
I can write to you.
Personal notes on focus and organisation, with no fixed schedule. You choose the newsletter and any interest in possible help separately.
Just an email address. Please don't send a diagnosis or other health information here.
Only what you choose.
What is saved and how to unsubscribe
Adam Debnar (IDI) manages this data. The form saves your email, language, separate choices for the newsletter and possible service contact, optional price answer, request and confirmation times, and consent version. I don't ask for health information. The price answer is stated interest, not evidence of a purchase.
The website and private database are hosted on Cloudflare. Visitors cannot read submissions. Signups are separate from private messages sent through the main IDI website. There are no advertising trackers or analytics cookies here; the host may process technical data for operation and security.
Confirmation email delivery is still being set up. Until it is available, this form does not accept registrations. Once enabled, confirmation links last 48 hours. Unconfirmed data is deleted within 8 days of link expiry. Confirmed choices and consent records remain until you unsubscribe, then are removed from the operational database within 31 days. Provider backups may temporarily retain an older copy.
The unsubscribe link in the email cancels both purposes. To request access, correction, a change to just one purpose or deletion, use the private IDI contact form with the same email address. Please leave out health information. Keep confirmation links private.
